Youth vote in US midterm elections: Where does gen Z stand?
With US voters gearing up for the fast-approaching midterm elections on 3 November, SBS News visited two battleground districts in Arizona that could determine how much control the Trump administration has over the US Congress.
We spoke to young people, or gen Z, about how they’ll vote and what issues matter to them as polls indicate traditional allegiances are fracturing across demographics on topics including the war with Iran, the rising cost of living and the release of the Epstein files.
Research shows young men are more likely to vote for conservative values while young women lean more towards progressive policies.
