‘Where was the joke’: Stephen A Smith calls out Jimmy Kimmel over Charlie Kirk comments

Sports commentator Stephen A Smith has slammed talk show host Jimmy Kimmel following his controversial Charlie Kirk comments.

Smith’s comments came during a segment on his SiriusXM show ‘Straight Shooter’, calling out Kimmel for not fulfilling his duty as a comedian.

“The only thing that I would say as it pertains to Jimmy Kimmel is, where was the joke? Because you’re a late-night host — and obviously that has a comedic attachment to it. Where was the joke? Obviously, it wasn’t anything funny about that,” Smith said.

The commentator’s scathing remarks directed at Kimmel follow the late-night talk show host’s claims that Kirk’s alleged killer was a MAGA supporter.
