Uni’s youngest-ever Black professor quits after shocking revelations

News24 host Caleb Bond says Cambridge University professor Jason Arday has resigned amid a major plagiarism investigation.

“He was the youngest ever Black professor at the uni … became a bit of a diversity poster boy,” Mr Bond said.

“Mr Arday has now quit over allegations he copied parts of his PhD thesis from one of his own students.”
