UK economic outlook ‘very, very gloomy’ as welfare costs soar

TalkTV host Mark Dolan says the UK’s economic outlook is “very, very gloomy”.

​“If you look at the numbers, welfare spending in the UK is around $2 billion every day,” Mr Dolan told News24 host Paul Murray.

​“The cost of welfare in the UK is now larger than the tax take of the entire country.”
