The Trump administration claims the first phase of US dominance over Venezuela’s oil reserves is underway.
United States President Donald Trump is vowing to revive oil production in Venezuela by attracting foreign investment.
“We have the major oil companies going to Venezuela now, scouting it out and picking their locations, and they will be bringing back tremendous wealth,” Mr Trump said.
