Police in Kununurra, Western Australia, arrested four minors following a pursuit that stretched across parts of the rural town late on Saturday, August 1.
In a statement to Storyful, Western Australia Police said officers attempted to stop a stolen white Toyota Landcruiser on Victoria Highway at 10:30 pm.
Police said the driver failed to stop and an “evade police incident commenced” before the vehicle was later found in bushland off Weaber Plain Road.
Footage here captured by a local resident, who wishes to remain anonymous, shows police pursue the vehicle around trees and across the town.
Western Australia Police said a 14-year-old male will face charges including stealing a motor vehicle and no authority to drive. Three others, two 13-year-old males and a 12-year-old boy, have been charged with stealing a motor vehicle.
