A Northern Territory cattle farmer who stole 116 young calves from a neighbouring property south of Katherine has appeared in the Darwin Supreme Court today ahead of sentencing next month.
74-year-old Nicholas Kostowski was arrested in April 2022, following a 10-month police investigation by Taskforce Starlight — a special stock squad established in the wake of a rise in livestock theft in the NT. Sam Parry reports for ABC News Northern Territory.
