Lamarre-Condon claims self-defence in murder trial
Accused double murderer Beau Lamarre-Condon will argue Jesse Baird and Luke Davies were killed accidentally during a struggle over his police service firearm in Sydney in 2024.
Their bodies were found eight days later, after Lamarre-Condon handed himself into police.
The 31-year-old former police officer has pleaded not guilty.
His lawyer says he acted in self-defence.
