European leaders accused of empty talk on Strait of Hormuz as tensions increase with Trump

Sky News host James Macpherson reacts to European leaders holding a virtual summit on the Strait of Hormuz.

“British and French leaders held a joint press conference at the weekend to demand the Strait of Hormuz be opened, right after it was opened,” Mr Macpherson said.

“I can see why Albanese was so eager to attend – and so at home – at that European talk fest.

“Our government is a government that is happy to talk, and talk, without ever taking a side, or a stand.”
