‘Welcome to the new world of super intelligence-SI’: Donald Trump renames AI
US President Donald Trump has rebranded artificial intelligence during his General Assembly address at the UN.
President Trump says the US will reject any attempts to control AI in the future which he says should be renamed to “super intelligence” or SI.
The American leader believes the word “artificial” in AI sounds fake and that his name suggestion sounds “much better”.
“Welcome to the new world of super intelligence-SI,” he said.
“It sounds much better, it is much better, and it’s much more accurate. Let’s see if I have any power.”
