Brisbane Lions star Lachie Neal has been ruled out of the AFL grand final after the tribunal upheld his one-game ban for an intentional strike during the match against Hawthorn. The tribunal hearing lasted over four hours, with chair Jeff Gleeson KC determining the incident was an intentional strike to the guts of Jack Ginevan. The Lions are considering their options for a potential appeal to the AFL, though no decision has been confirmed.
