Victim shot by police in Manchester synagogue terror attack
Police in the UK have confirmed that an officer accidentally killed one of the victims of the Manchester synagogue terror attack.
A vigil has been held for the victims, where Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy was heckled by angry attendees.
The 35-year-old suspected attacker rammed a car into the public as a service began, attacking one person with a knife while wearing a suspicious package around his waist.
