Families could save $40 per week by swapping ultra-processed foods for vegetables, while also reducing their risk of chronic disease. A national campaign encourages small dietary changes as 40% of Australian vegetable growers plan to exit the industry within 12 months, with 64% reporting they’re financially worse off than a year ago.
