Three charged over alleged mistaken identity murder of Sydney student | 7NEWS
Three males, including a 22-year-old, a 23-year-old, and a 16-year-old boy, have been charged with murder over the alleged mistaken identity shooting death of university student Marco Tappia in Sydney’s south-west. The suspects were arrested in the Riverina area near Wagga Wagga following an extensive investigation by New South Wales homicide squad. Police believe one of the accused is the gunman who fired the fatal shot in what is considered one of two innocent victim shootings connected to Sydney’s gangland conflicts earlier this month.
