Support for One Nation falls in latest Newspoll
The surge in One Nation’s popularity may have peaked as support for the party falls in the latest Newspoll in The Australian.
Primary vote for Pauline Hanson’s party has slid from a historic 27 per cent high in February to 24 per cent, while support for Labor and the Coalition has remained steady at 31 per cent and 21 per cent respectively.
Support for Anthony Albanese has also risen as 46 per cent of people preferred him as the better prime minister over 37 per cent picking Angus Taylor, while 17 per cent of voters were uncommitted.
