‘Save the Australian people’: Nationals Leader defends prolonged policy decisions

Nationals Leader David Littleproud defends the timeline for the Coalition to come up with a policy.

“They’ve worked as quickly as they can. It’s got to be robust in terms of the principles that we are going to stand behind because we want to be able to save the Australian people,” Mr Littleproud told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.

“We’re just not a protest party, we’re explaining why and how Australia can be better.

“I have confidence that both Matt and Ross can present us something in the near future.”
