Retired US Superior Court Judge raises concerns over ‘terrible problem’ affecting legal system

Retired US Superior Court Judge Jack Lu claims social media is “out of control” in relation to the American legal system.

“In the United States, it’s a terrible problem,” he told News24.

“We have social media, on some cases, going crazy and people trying to influence jury verdicts, and there are some worrisome indications that they are.”
