Police missed crucial evidence in Paddington murders trial | 7NEWS
Former NSW police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon is on trial for the murders of TV presenter Jesse Baird and his partner Luke Davies at a Paddington terrace. Police have revealed they missed critical evidence, including a bullet hole in a bedroom door that was covered by a plastic hook and only discovered this year. Lamarre-Condon has pleaded not guilty, claiming self-defence and alleging Davies shot himself during a scuffle, while the Crown argues the former officer shot Davies through the door.
