Philippines rocked by 6.9 magnitude earthquake
At least 22 people have been killed when a 6.9 magnitude earthquake rocked Cebu province in the Philippines. The tremor late on Tuesday also injured many others and sent residents scrambling out of homes into darkness as the intense shaking cut off power, officials said. #earthquake #tsunami #Cebu #Philippines
