Philippines accuses China of ramming vessel in South China Sea
Tensions between China and the Philippines have again escalated after a maritime clash near disputed islands in the South China Sea.
Manila is accusing Chinese coastguard ships of using a water cannon and ramming a Philippine vessel near Thitu Island.
Beijing says the ships illegally entered the waters within the Spratly Islands leading to a collision.
