‘People should be watching closely’: Iran may seek to kill ‘prominent’ Australian politicians
News24 Defence Analyst Peter Jennings says Iran may seek to kill Australian politicians.
“Iran was responsible for a series of targeted terrorist attacks in Australia last year which were directed against Jewish facilities,” Mr Jennings told News24 host Jaimee Rogers.
“There is a threat probably towards prominent Australian politicians as well because Iran really knows no boundaries when it comes to making these sorts of threats
“The risk is there, and people should be watching very closely.”
