‘People are hurting’: Migrant numbers hit record levels

One Nation Chief of Staff James Ashby says the government needs to manage the “number” and “types” of migrants in Australia as arrivals hit record levels.

“If we over-commit people to this country, it just places too much pressure on everybody that’s already here,” Mr Ashby told Sky News host Peta Credlin.

“It ruins the experience for everyone … people are hurting.”
