A one-armed woman has gone mega-viral after she quickly refuted a cop’s claim that she was driving with a phone in her “right hand.” A distracted driving traffic citation was issued to a woman who was scheduled to appear in court on May 26th; the case was dismissed by the Deputy who issued it, court records show.
