New research shows how long a person must save to afford a Sydney home

Sky News host Caleb Bond discusses the Sydney property market and new research which shows how long a single person must save for to afford a home.

“It’s very hard to buy a house in Sydney, we know that, the median house price is $1.6 million in Sydney,” Mr Bond said.

“Finder, the comparison website, has gone out and crunched some numbers about if you’re a single person, how much money you need, and how long you need to save, in order to buy a median house in Sydney working in certain jobs.”
