Auction clearance rates climb around Australia with a total of 2,111 auctions nationwide with a clearance rate of 66.9 per cent.
New South Wales saw a total of 790 auctions with a clearance rate of 62.3 per cent.
South Australia saw the highest clearance rate, sitting at 86.6 per cent.
