Multiplex files $250 million lawsuit against INSW over Sydney Fish Market

Construction giant Multiplex is suing the New South Wales Government over major budget disputes on the new Sydney Fish Market.

Multiplex has filed a $250 million lawsuit against Infrastructure New South Wales, claiming it breached its contract and mismanaged the construction of the Fish Market.

In its crossclaim, the government alleges the Sydney Fish Market caused the matters relevant in Multiplex’s claim, tipping the total bill for the project to $1.2 billion.
