Multiple people killed in deadly Israeli airstrike on Gaza
Israel has carried out its heaviest strikes on Gaza in weeks in attacks on apartments and tents sheltering displaced Palestinians.
The Israeli military issued a warning ahead of the airstrike against Gaza City, which killed more than 20 people according to local authorities.
Israel says they were carried out in response to an incident on Friday in which eight gunmen were identified in southern Gaza, where Israeli forces are currently deployed.
