Former RNC spokesperson Elizabeth Pipko says Democratic Senate primary winner Abdul El-Sayed fundamentally wants to turn America upside down.

“He doesn’t know what he wants,” Ms Pipko told News24 host James Morrow.

“All he knows is that fundamentally he wants to turn America upside down.”
