Military seizes power in Madagascar as president flees
The military has taken power in Madagascar after President Andry Rajoelina was impeached by MPs and forced to flee the country.
Rajoelina had refused to step down despite weeks of youth-led protests demanding his resignation.
The so-called gen Z protests were inspired by similar movements in Kenya and Nepal.
