A Melbourne man remains on the run after allegedly stabbing two people in separate attacks across 50 kilometres, including forcing entry into an Epping share house and ramming a stolen car into his sister’s Dandenong North home. Five men have been rescued from a flooded cave in central Laos after being trapped for 11 days, while rescue teams continue working to reach two others still underground. A Redbridge poll shows One Nation has overtaken Labor as the most popular political party in Australia for the first time, with One Nation at 31% and Labor at 28% in the primary vote.
