‘Lots of baggage’: Trump kicks Tony Blair off Gaza peace council
The Institute of Public Affairs’ Mia Schlicht comments on US President Donald Trump’s decision to boot former UK prime minister Tony Blair from the Gaza peace council.
“He certainly has a lot of baggage carrying on from his time as prime minister, especially with his politics to do with the Middle East,” Ms Schlicht told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
“I don’t think Trump is going to allow a character like Tony Blair to derail any of those plans.”
