Lindsay Clancy’s defence asks court to find her not guilty for insanity
Lindsay Clancy has faced court again for the first time since the 36-year-old’s murder trial ended in a deadlocked jury earlier this month.
Lindsay Clancy killed her three young children in their Boston home more than three years ago, the initial trial unable to determine if she should be held criminally responsible for what she says was a case of postpartum psychosis.
The defence has now asked the court to throw out a retrial and find her not guilty by reason of insanity.
