Liberal Party ‘will get worse’ in ‘absence of strong leadership’: Credlin

Sky News host Peta Credlin says the Liberal Party “will get worse” as it is in the “absence of strong leadership”.

“With that, there’s the risk that what’s left of the Coalition will splinter,” Ms Credlin said.

“He might not have run a good campaign, but one thing that Peter Dutton was able to do was keep the team together.

“Well, not anymore. Two of the Liberals’ best talents – Andrew Hastie and Jacinta Price on the backbench, essentially because the leadership won’t take a harder line against record high immigration and the net zero straitjacket.”
