Liberal Party prioritises cheaper power and ditches net zero by 2050 policy
The Liberal Party has declared war with Labor over electricity prices after abandoning its climate targets yesterday in a move that largely mirrored the National Party’s energy policy.
Opposition Leader Sussan Ley has also pledged to support an extension of coal, giving her a huge challenge to win over climate-conscious inner-city seats.
