Footage of a terrifying 10-car crash in Sydney’s west has emerged, showing the shocking moment a vehicle ploughed into oncoming traffic.

The fatal incident took place on Canterbury Rd in Lakemba on Tuesday, about 11.40 am, after the elderly driver of a red Toyota Camry reportedly experienced a medical episode.
