Labor has ‘very little control’ over energy emissions targets

The Australian’s Environment Editor Graham Lloyd discusses Energy Minister Chris Bowen releasing an uncosted 2035 emissions reductions target.

“The learning has been they’ve got very little control over it,” Mr Lloyd told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio.

“And they best not make a firm declaration lest they be held to account.”
