Jury unable to reach unanimous verdict in Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial
The jury in Lindsay Clancy’s US murder trial has been unable to reach a unanimous verdict.
Jurors are deadlocked in their decision for or against the woman accused of murdering her three children in their family home in 2023.
Judge William Sullivan instructed those deliberating to find consensus.
Ms Clancy’s attorney maintains the tragedy occurred as a result of postpartum psychosis.
