Jewish hospital patients express concern over identifying faith on admission forms
The Royal Commission on Antisemitism and Social Cohesion has heard that some Jewish Australians feel apprehensive about going to hospital due to concerns about how they would be cared for.
Rabbi Mendel Castille told the commission that some patients were concerned about identifying as Jewish on hospital admission forms.
