Jacinta Nampijinpa Price faces defamation case in Federal Court | ABC NEWS
The Federal Court has heard claims Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price “trampled” on the reputation of the CEO of the Central Land Council, when she authorised the publication of a press release in mid-2024.
Over the course of the seven-day defamation trial, the court is expected to hear evidence from a number of witnesses, including CLC staff, as well as being shown text messages and emails. Court reporter Olivana Lathouris was there for ABC News Northern Territory.
