‘It’s so important’: Donald Trump to head ‘Board of Peace’ to oversee running of Gaza
Newsweek Senior Editor-at-Large Josh Hammer has spoken on US President Donald Trump announcing the ‘Board of Peace’ as part of his plan to end the war in Gaza.
The plan, announced by US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, involves international experts led by the President to run Gaza.
“If all this actually works out, then Donald Trump will unequivocally and undoubtedly deserve the Nobel Peace Prize,” Mr Hammer told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
“If that actually is the case, then we could be looking at a slightly different situation.”
