Greens staffer under fire for ‘disrespectful’ Charlie Kirk post

Former Liberal senator Hollie Hughes discusses a controversial post made about Charlie Kirk by a staffer for NSW Greens Senator David Shoebridge.

“The reality is these staffers are paid by the taxpayer,” Ms Hughes said.

“They are paid by you and me, and this is the sort of behaviour they’re undertaking, and I just think it goes to the heart and nature of the Greens Party.

“Of how disrespectful they are of public discourse, of how they are incapable of engaging in proper conversation.”
