Former police minister says Albanese ‘crossed a line’ on the now-infamous Bush Deep podcast
Former New South Wales Police Minister David Elliott says you need to do “quirky” media appearances when in politics but Prime Minister Anthony Albanese “crossed a line” in the now-infamous Bush Deep podcast.
“Sorry seems to be the hardest word,” Mr Elliott told News24 host Sharri Markson.
“You have to do some quirky media things when you’re in leadership roles like that, in politics.
“But not talking about a foreign leader’s melons, I think he crossed a line.”
