Former pilot loses extradition appeal over China training allegations | 7NEWS
Daniel Duggan, a former American Marine Corps pilot and Australian citizen, has lost his latest court bid to avoid extradition to the United States. He faces allegations of unlawfully aiding the Chinese military by instructing Chinese pilots at a training school in South Africa 14 years ago. Duggan has been in prison for three years and faces up to 65 years in US custody if convicted.
