Flydubai hijacking plot allegedly delayed after co-pilot’s friend joined crew
Investigators believe the flydubai co-pilot accused of attempting to seize an Israel-bound flight had originally planned the attack for July.
Regional and Israeli officials say Hamam al Hammami may have postponed the alleged hijacking as a friend was among the crew.
US Vice President JD Vance says there is still no conclusive evidence linking Iran to the incident.
