Donald Trump hilariously boasts over FIFA World Cup red card decision
US President Donald Trump has declared this World Cup the most successful event in history as he attended a FIFA reception at his New York Trump Tower.
Mr Trump claimed some credit for the tournament’s success, going as far as to suggest it outweighs any previous Olympic event.
The president reflected on the tournament and suggested there were many unforgettable moments.
He poked fun at one in particular when he called FIFA President Gianni Infantino to protest a red card given to US player Folarin Balogun.
