Ed Sheeran’s music brutally pulled from Irish radio station over Macklemore row
Singer Ed Sheeran has faced yet another setback after an Ireland-based radio station announced it would not play his music.
On Thursday, Bay Broadcasting director Dave Kelly announced the ban on Sheeran’s music following the removal of Macklemore from the singer’s tour.
Kelly stated that Sheeran’s music will not play for the “foreseeable future” in response to feedback from the station’s listeners.
The director argued that the decision “is not intended as a personal judgment on Ed Sheeran”.
