At just 25 years old, Annaliese Holland from Adelaide lives with a rare terminal illness called Autoimmune Autonomic Ganglionopath.

One infection away from sepsis, the young South Australian takes a host of potent medications 12 times a day just to breathe through the pain of existence.

And today, she stands among more than 2400 terminally ill Australians who have chosen to die with dignity.

One of Annie’s biggest final wishes was to try on a wedding dress.

So today, her loved ones came together to make it happen.
