Jaden Tito and Rabii Zahabe have been found guilty of murdering Melbourne gangland figure Gavin Preston, who was shot seven times outside a Keilor cafe in 2023. The Supreme Court jury convicted the interstate contract killers after four days of deliberations, though police have never uncovered who ordered the execution. Evidence included CCTV footage of the shooting, phone searches for ‘no extradition countries’, and images of Preston and his fiancée found on Zahabe’s device.
