Austrian tourist rescued after falling off cliff in Victoria
An Austrian tourist has been rescued after falling six meters down a cliff on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.
The 25-year-old is in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
She climbed a 12-meter rock, but on the way down, she fell.
The woman was unconscious and choking on water, forcing emergency services to walk along the tough terrain to reach her.
An air ambulance arrived to lift her to safety.
