Australia’s fuel reserves exceed pre-crisis levels | 7NEWS
The Australian Government provides an update on the nation’s fuel security status, maintaining level two in the National Fuel Security Plan. Australia currently holds 44 days of petrol, 36 days of diesel, and 35 days of jet fuel—all higher than pre-crisis levels from 28 February. The government has secured 14 additional cargo shipments totalling 700 million litres through various measures, including a $14.8 billion fuel resilience package, halved fuel excise, and support for domestic refineries.
